TeslaBox Terms of Service

TeslaBox offers a software service that works alongside your USB drive in compatible Tesla vehicles, alerting of sentry and dashcam events in real-time, and enables cloud backup and storage of driving records.

Our Service does not include upgrades and/or support for the underlying operating system, TeslaMate or any other third-party software. TeslaBox is not affiliated with Tesla, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries. TeslaBox is not an official Tesla product.

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Service in accordance with these Terms.

Users are responsible for acquiring all necessary hardware and ensuring they possess a compatible Tesla vehicle. Users must also acquire and secure their own internet connectivity via a 4G USB dongle and data plan. It is the user's responsibility to assemble the TeslaBox, install and/or upgrade the software following our guidelines.

The purchase of TeslaBox includes software support and updates for the duration of your license. Kehalim Ltd. reserves the right to modify the software and release updates at its discretion.

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use your data according to our Privacy Policy.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Kehalim Ltd. and its licensors.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of our software and/or our licenses. The Service is intended for personal and non-commercial use only.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service and/or its license without express written permission from us.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

In no event shall Kehalim Ltd., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kehalim Ltd., its principals, officers, directors, representatives, employees, contractors, licensors, licensees, suppliers, and agents, from and against any claims, losses, damages, obligations, costs, actions, or demands.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, then that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the jurisdiction where Kehalim Ltd. is established. You hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Kehalim Ltd. regarding your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and us regarding the Service.

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Kehalim Ltd.'s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Kehalim Ltd. provides customer support for the TeslaBox Service. Support requests can be made through the contact information available on the Service's website. Our customer service team will assist with technical issues and inquiries pertaining to the Service.

You may cancel your use of the Service at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the service or software license.

After the initial subscription period, you will have the option to renew your Service. The terms of renewal, including pricing and duration, may or may not be communicated to you prior to the expiration of your current subscription.

Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements, or suggestions (collectively, "Feedback") provided by you to Kehalim Ltd. with respect to the Service shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Kehalim Ltd.

Kehalim Ltd. shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside the reasonable control of Kehalim Ltd., including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
